In order to develop a tailor-made lubrication concept, our application specialists visit customers and analyse the unique conditions on-site. This includes the machining processes: the severity and type of load, removal rates, required surface quality, material to be machined plus water quality, hardness and origin. The treatment methods currently used, such as skimmers and filter techniques, as well as auxiliary products such as hardening agents and biocides, and the reason for their use also play an important role in our holistic approach, allowing us to develop the optimal lubrication concept for your company.

  • Mabanol Gear CGLP Series

Spindle Oils

  • Mobil Velocite™ Oil No. Series
    • Premium performance spindle and hydraulic oils with excellent lubrication properties and enhanced oxidation protection as well as effective water separation capacity.
  • Mabanol Spindle Oil FF 68
    • Finely filtered HLP-D hydraulic oil with excellent purity (15/13/10 according to ISO 4406 purity class) particularly suitable for lubricating bearings in motor and high-frequency spindles.

    • High performance zinc free HVLP hydraulic oils with ultra keep-clean performance and potential to increase hydraulic efficiency by up to 6%. Meet and exceed the high requirements of the Bosch Rexroth Fluid Rating. ISO VG 15-150 (HLP in ISO VG 100 & 150)
  • Mobil DTE™ 20 Ultra Series
    • High performance HLP hydraulic oils with excellent keep-clean and anti-wear properties. Outstanding oxidation and thermal stability. Extended oil life capabilities. Meet and exceed the high requirements of the Bosch Rexroth Fluid Rating. ISO VG 10-100.
  • Mobil™ Hydraulic Oil HLPD Series
    • Zinc free HLP-D hydraulic oils with detergent/dispersant additives. Particularly recommended for optimized lubrication of machine tools where watermied cutting fluids may enter the hydraulic system. ISO VG 32-68.
  • Mobil Nuto™ H Series
    • HLP hydraulic oils with very good anti-wear properties at moderate operating conditions. ISO VG 32-100.
  • Mobil Hydraulic AW Series
    • HLP hydraulic oils with good anti-wear properties at moderate operating conditions. ISO VG 32-68.
  • Mobil DTE™ Oil Named Series
    • HL hydraulic/circulating oils for applications including steam and hydro turbine sets as well as compressors and vacuum pumps with discharge temperatures not exceeding 150°C. ISO VG 32-100.

It is not possible to completely lower the concentration to the desired target concentration.

Please increase the refill volume by partially emptying the tank. If you have any further questions about the procedure, please contact our lubricant experts.

Notes

  • Note the refractometer factor! Current concentration = refractometer reading x refractometer factor
  • Always use at least a 0.5% concentration for replenishment (otherwise there is a risk of reverse emulsion)
  • Always add water first, then the concentrate. Better yet: use a canister and drum mixer!
