Mobil™ gear oils are premium lubricants for mobile and stationary gears. Designed to accommodate a wide range of transmission types and performance requirements, they meet the unique needs of each industry.

The size of modern gearboxes is constantly decreasing, so that the energy density and thus the necessity for heat dissipation in the gearbox increases. Thanks to their high thermal stability and special formula, Mobil™ gear oils such as the Mobil SHC™ 600 Series can significantly reduce transmission temperatures and have been shown to provide energy savings of up to 3.6%.

Mobil Gear Oils™ offer high load-bearing capacity and effectively protect the transmission against abrasion, wear&tear and fatigue such as scuffing, micropitting and pitting.   • Mobil SHC™ 600 Series
    • High performance synthetic CLP gear and circulating oils with excellent wear and oxidation protection even under severe operating conditions. Extension of oil drain intervals and component lifespan. Potenial to improve efficiency by up to 3.6%. ISO VG 68-1000. 
  • Mobil SHC Cibus™ Series 
    • High performance synthetic CLP gear and circulating oils with NSF H1 registration to meet the stringent requirements of the food industry. Energy saving potential up to 3.6%. ISO VG 150-460.
  • Mobilgear 600 XP Series
    • High performance CLP gear oils with very good anti-wear properties and excellent load carrying capacity. ISO VG 68-680. 
  • Mobil Glygoyle™ 150-1000
    • High performance synthetic gear oils based on PAG (Polyalkylene Glycol). NSF H1 registered for use in applications in the food industry. Particularly designed for heavily loaded worm gears as well as other gear applications and bearings operating under conditions beyond the capabilities of other synthetic lubricants and mineral oils. ISO VG 150-1000.
  • Mobil Glygoyle™ 11/22/30
    • High performance synthetic gear oils based on PAG (Polyalkylene Glycol) for the most severe conditions in all types of plain and anti-friction bearings and industrial enclosed gears up to a bulk oil temperature of 200°C.
  • Mobil DTE™ FM Excel Series
    • CLP circulating oils for paper machines with NSF H1 registration and Halal and Koscher approvals. Strong anti-wear protection and excellent temperature and oxidation stability.
