The ultra-fine filtration of lubricants is part of our comprehensive range of lubrication services. We filter lubricants according to defined purity classes as per ISO 4406 in order to achieve the optimal functionality of highly sensitive systems. Bearings in motor-driven and high-frequency spindles as well as servo valves with very low tolerances are examples of such highly demanding applications.
While DIN 51524 for hydraulic oils states that a purity class of 21/19/16 is required for clean oils, we can offer you ultra-finely filtered hydraulic oil HLP 46 with a purity class of 15/13/10 on request. Ultra-fine filtration to purity class 15/13/10 is also ideal for spindle oils in order to achieve a particularly high level of purity and performance.
Ultra-finely filtered lubricants offer excellent ageing stability and exceptional wear protection, so that longer service lives and higher system availability can be achieved with the use of these premium lubricants. This results in lower resource consumption while increasing plant productivity.
